💰 Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Pay: $550/week
• Plus Commission-Based Earnings
• Expected Income: $50,000 – $60,000+ annually
• Top performers consistently exceed expectations

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and service team—ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience.

• Schedule and manage service appointments
• Greet customers and assess vehicle needs
• Recommend and explain repairs and maintenance
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines
• Communicate with technicians and service team
• Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person
• Track progress and follow up with customers
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

🗓️ Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• No Weekends (Yes, really!)
