Quick Lane Technician
Job Opportunity
Create a great career in the automotive industry by joining the Thelen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Kia Service Team as a Quick Lane Technician. This entry level position provides on-site training.
 
Responsibilities

Routine oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements, and inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow assignments from the Service Manager and Fixed Operations Manager
Communicate vehicle status with team members
Set goals to finish work efficiently, in a safe and accurate manner
Understand and follow the dealership rules and regulations
Make sure that the vehicle is as clean as it was before it came in
Ensure customer satisfaction in the work you do
This job entails working Saturday hours
Qualifications

Candidate must have mechanical/ automotive aptitude
Perform jobs successfully
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license

Collections Specialist – TNT Financial Inc.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)
Compensation: Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses
TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience communicating effectively with consumers while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Responsibilities

Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de-escalate situations.
Perform skip tracing activities using multiple databases and resources.
Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn multiple software programs.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Experience in collections, customer service, call center operations, or skip tracing is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
