Job description

Thelen Auto Group is seeking an experienced candidate with a proven record of work in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop a strategic growth plan to build new business.
• Exceed established sales goals set by management.
• Ensure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our products.
• Supervise and train sales team; work closely with general managers, finance management, and internet marketing team to meet sales objectives.

Schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Tuesday through Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Every other Monday evening and Saturday.
