 Job Description:

Seeking a friendly, reliable, self motivated individual who can multi-task and work well with others to fill a full time position in the service department at Thelen Honda. The BDC representative is the first point of contact for customers when calling our dealership.

 Responsibilities include: 

• Receive inbound calls from current and potential customers
• Place outbound calls
• Calling customers with service leads to gain new business
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments
• Ask qualifying questions on inbound calls for appointments to gather as much information as possible for service appointments
• Set and confirm daily appointments to provide customers with the best experience possible.
• Communicate with service advisors and management to ensure all information is accurate and passed along.
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Routine filing of paperwork

Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Previous automotive industry experience not required
