Responsibilities

Complete, respond to, and assign internet leads, throughout the entire dealership group accordingly
Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Help with photo operations, including simple editing and website uploading
Help maintain customer database

Qualifications

Computer skills a must: proficient in Excel while managing multiple systems and two screens simultaneously
Ability to multi-task easily
1 year Customer Service experience
Multi-line phone, CRM and photo editing experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
Ability to sit in front of a computer and on the phone for long periods of time.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Monday through Friday availability, Saturdays are required on a rotational basis
Ability to talk and type at the same time
Excellent phone etiquette

Understand and Explain the vehicle’s performance, technology, and safety features.
Build and maintain your customer base and relationships.
